In developing our latest menu our chefs marry classic British cooking with vibrant flavours from around the world, using only the best in local West Country produce.
How about our vegan heritage carrot starter? - Carrot bhaji with pickled and fermented carrot spiced with dukkah. Or the delicate flavour of brill, asparagus and brown butter, but with a touch of verjus, a sweet vinegar made from unripe grapes.
Taste the Mediterranean with olive crusted pork cutlet served with black garlic, anchovy and smoked capsicum; and finish your meal with baked cardamom custard, poached rhubarb and finished with pistachio and rose.

All of our meat and fish is responsibly sourced, including Devon Red beef from local butcher Ruby & White, and fish from Devon and Cornwall day boats.
