WHEN REGISTERED WILL YOU SEND ME LOTS OF EMAILS?

No, we will very rarely send you emails, maybe ‘once in a blue moon’, directly related to our website and app.


HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT?

When visiting a restaurant, you must show your digital card from the app at the time of your bill. You can do this by turning your mobile device from the restaurant's profile page 90°. You or the restaurant's staff must tap 'Yes' to submit your discount. If you are redeeming a Delivery or More Discounts category you must click 'Redeem' or 'Get Promotion' which is situated at the bottom of the business's profile page.


WHEN IS A DISCOUNT VALID?

All discounts listed on our website and mobile app are ongoing.


HOW MUCH DOES THE ENJOYSTEVIE APP COST?

The enjoystevie app on IOS and Android is free to download and sign up. When in-app click 'GO' from the pop-up, this will direct you to subscription options on the enjoystevie.com website.


HOW MUCH DOES THE STEVIE DIGITAL CARD COST?

Stevie's digital card is activated when purchasing one of our three affordable subscription plans.


CAN I USE THE SAME DISCOUNT MORE THAN ONCE?

You can use the discounts as many times as you like. From time to time some of our discounts may vary. To get a clear understanding, please view the businesses 'Terms and Conditions' which is situated on each of their profile pages in our mobile app or website.


IS ENJOYSTEVIE APP AVAILABLE ON OTHER PHONES?

The enjoystevie app is currently available for IOS and Android devices. (UK and Ireland).


HOW DO I SEE RESTAURANT DISCOUNTS IN A DIFFERENT AREA VIA THE APP?

You can do this by choosing Food & Drink from the app homepage then using the search field. You can type what you fancy or a location.


WHAT ARE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS?

Push notifications notify you when a discount has become live. Push notifications mean you will not miss out on one of our great discounts via The Stevie App!


WHY DOES MY APP KEEP CRASHING BEFORE IT GETS STARTED?

Please check your internet connection and that you have the latest version of the app. If the problem persists, please contact enjoystevie hi@enjoystevie.com and one of our team will be happy to assist you!


WHAT IS THE 5 DIGIT ID ON MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?

This 5 digit ID is to help us understand what restaurant discount you have activated. This helps gather information about the popular promotions taken up by you.


HOW DO I DELETE MY APP ACCOUNT?

To delete your account go to Settings > Delete Account. Clicking Yes, means all of your information will be deleted.


IS MY INFORMATION SAFE WHEN SIGNED UP TO STEVIE?

Creative Stevie Ltd does not pass on, sell, rent or lease its customer data to Third Parties. Stevie may, from time to time, contact you with an offering that may be of interest to you. In addition, Stevie may share data with members of our team to help us perform statistical analysis.


HOW DO I VIEW MY SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS?

You can view this by logging into your account via the website or go to 'Settings' in the mobile app and click 'Account Information'.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?

We have made it super simple. You can cancel your plan at any time in the mobile app on iPhone or Android. Go to 'Settings' > 'Account Information' > Click 'Cancel Subscription'. If you are a Corporate Code user, there is nothing to cancel since it is pre-paid by your company.


WILL I GET CHARGED AGAIN AFTER MY PLAN IS CANCELLED?

Once you have cancelled your subscription plan you will no longer be charged.


HOW DO I ORDER FOOD DELIVERY ON THE WEBSITE OR MOBILE APP?

Click 'Food & Drink' > Deliveries > select your nearest delivery location and click 'Redeem'.


I CAN'T FIND MY CLOSEST PIZZA HUT DELIVERY LOCATION IN THE LIST OF OPTIONS?

For any reason you cannot find your area, click 'Redeem' and type your postcode into the postcode section of our partner website, this will show if delivery is available in your area.


HOW DO I PAY FOR MY FOOD DELIVERY?

You pay as you normally would, by using your card details on the delivery partners website.


WHAT DAYS CAN I USE MY 2 FREE ODEON CINEMA VOUCHERS?

They can be used all year round (except Christmas Day).


ARE MY 2 FREE ODEON VOUCHERS VALID FOR 3D?

They are valid for 2D showings only (you can pay extra onsite to upgrade to a 3D showing).


ARE MY ODEON VOUCHERS VALID FOR LUXE?

Not valid for Premier seats, Club seats, D-Box seats, VIP seats, super luxury seats, any other premium-priced seating, 3D, IMAX or ISENSE unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. There will be no seat upgrade fees in a Luxe cinema. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there are mixed standard and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen an upgrade fee will be payable for the recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen.


AFTER I RECEIVE MY 2 FREE ODEON CINEMA VOUCHERS HOW LONG ARE THEY VALID FOR?

Your vouchers are valid for 12 months once issued to you.


HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE WILL I NEED TO BOOK A SHOWING?

There is no minimum booking time for booking a showing as long as it is made before the showing starts.


HOW DO I RECEIVE MY 2 FREE ODEON CINEMA VOUCHERS?

After you have purchased a 'Great Value' membership plan through Stevie, we will then send your vouchers straight to your email within a couple of hours of your plan purchase, alternatively, DM your query on Instagram!


I DID NOT RECEIVE MY 2 FREE ODEON CINEMA VOUCHERS?

For any reason you did not receive your vouchers via email, please contact hi@enjoystevie.com and a member of our team will be happy to help. We are pretty quick at responding, alternatively check your junk mail.


HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY 2 FREE ODEON CINEMA VOUCHERS?

Once you have received your vouchers via email. Your email will include 2 codes, one code per voucher. You can show your email at the ticket office by printing out the email or showing your email via your mobile device, alternatively, you can go to www.odeon.co.uk to make a booking. HOW DOES THE FAMILY PLAN WORK?

One person must purchase the 'Family Plan' which will automatically activate 3 access codes sent to your email address. These codes can be given to whomever you choose.

All food-related deals are in the 'Food & Drink' section of the app, this can be viewed by clicking the 'Food & Drink' button from the app homepage.


WHERE ARE NONE-FOOD-RELATED DISCOUNTS VIA THE APP?

None-food-related deals are in the 'More Discounts'section of the app, this can be viewed by clicking the More Discounts button from the app homepage.


WHAT IS THE YELLOW DIGITAL CARD VIA THE APP?

This is your membership card when eating out at certain restaurants. It can only be found in the Eating Out category via the 'Food & Drink' section.


HOW DO I ACCESS MY DIGITAL CARD VIA THE APP?

You can access your digital card by turning your mobile device 90 degrees via a restaurant profile.


HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PROFILES HAVE THE DIGITAL CARD OPTION?

When you see a tilted mobile device icon with an arrow above this means a restaurant profile has your digital card available.


HOW DO I USE MY DIGITAL CARD?

When dining out, show your digital card at the time of your bill > By Clicking YES activates your deal. This helps us to understand performance, achieving a better understanding of the restaurants we work with.


WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT CODE OPTION VIA SOME PROFILE PAGES?

You can copy & paste the code to use on our partner's website at their checkout to redeem your discount.


WHY DO SOME PROFILE PAGES NOT HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE OPTION?

If a profile page doesn't have a discount code, this means you can simply click 'Redeem' or 'Get Discount' at the bottom of the page, this will auto-apply your discount.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY COUNTRY?

You can change the country by going to Settings in the app then clicking Submit saving your option.


HOW CAN I GET CHEAPER CINEMA TICKETS?

You can access cheaper cinema tickets by going to 'More Discounts' > Cinemas.
