HOW DO I STAY UP TO DATE WITH THE BEST DISCOUNTS FROM STEVIE?
In order to get the latest discounts, submit your email, from the 'Want to stay up to date?' submission form section, which is situated on left side of the 'Restaurants' page of our website, or simply turn ‘Notifications’ on from the ‘Notify’ page and select the category via The Stevie App.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT?
You must show your digital card from the app in a restaurant at the time of your bill. You can do this by turning your mobile device from the restaurant's profile page after choosing one of our yearly subscription plans. To activate at the time of your bill, you or the restaurant staff member must tap 'Yes' to submit your discount. If you are redeeming a Delivery, Perk Bundle or Online discount use must click 'Redeem' which is at the bottom of the businesses profile page.

HOW MUCH DOES STEVIE APP COST?
The Stevie app on IOS and Android is free to download and sign up. When in-app click 'GO' from the pop-up, this will direct you to subscription options on the enjoystevie.com website.

CAN I USE THE SAME DISCOUNT MORE THAN ONCE?
You can use Restaurant discounts as many times as you like. Please read the Restaurants 'terms & conditions' on the information page which is situated on each of the Restaurant's profiles pages via the website, or top right by clicking the yellow 'Deal Details' button on the Restaurant profile page via the app. Some Restaurants may have different days that the discount can be used.
IS STEVIE APP AVAILABLE ON OTHER PHONES?
Stevie app is currently available for IOS and Android devices. (United kingdom only)
HOW DO I SEE A SPECIFIC AREA, RESTAURANT, CUISINE OR DISCOUNT VIA THE WEBSITE?
You can do this by using the search field, which is situated on the website homepage, or when viewing the list of Restaurants, you can 'choose or change' these options by using the filter system which is situated on the left side of the website page. When in Deliveries, Perk Bundle or Online discounts, use the search field at the top right of the screen.
HOW DO I SEE RESTAURANT DISCOUNTS IN A DIFFERENT AREA VIA THE APP?
You can do this by scrolling through your chosen ‘Area’ via the 'Home' page.

This 5 digit ID is to help us understand what restaurant discount you have activated. This helps gather information about the popular promotions taken up by you.
HOW DO I DELETE MY APP ACCOUNT?
To delete your account go to Settings > Delete account. By clicking Yes, means all of your information will be deleted.
IS MY INFORMATION SAFE WHEN SIGNED UP TO THE STEVIE APP?

The video icon tells you if the restaurant has a video walkthrough in its profile gallery.
HOW DO I VIEW MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
To view your membership card, you must purchase a monthly or yearly subscription plan, alternatively, if you have a promo code this will immediately activate your digital membership card.
HOW DO I RATE RESTAURANTS?
You can rate your favorite restaurants by rotating your membership card. After clicking 'Yes' to activate your discount at the time of your bill, it will then give you the option to rate from 1 to 5 stars.
HOW DO I VIEW MY SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS?
You can view this by logging into your account by clicking 'Login' via the website or go to 'Settings' in-app and click 'Account Information'.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
You can cancel your plan at any time in-app. Go to 'Settings' > 'Account Information' > Click 'Cancel Subscription'.
WILL I GET CHARGED AGAIN AFTER MY PLAN IS CANCELLED?
Once you have canceled your subscription plan you will no longer be charged.
HOW DO I ORDER FOOD DELIVERY ON THE WEBSITE OR MOBILE APP?
Click 'Deliveries' > choose delivery partner > select your nearest delivery location and click 'Get Discount'.
I CAN'T FIND MY CLOSEST DELIVERY LOCATION IN THE LIST OF OPTIONS?
For any reason you cannot find your area, click 'Get Discount' and type your postcode into the postcode section of our partner website, this will show if delivery is available in your area.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY FOOD DELIVERY?
You pay as you normally would, by using your card details on the delivery partners website.
WHEN CAN I USE MY ODEON CINEMA VOUCHERS?
There are no restrictions on times and days.
WHAT DAYS CAN I USE MY ODEON CINEMA VOUCHERS?
They can be used all year round (except Christmas Day).
ARE MY ODEON VOUCHERS VALID FOR 3D?
They are valid for 2D showings only (you can pay extra onsite to upgrade to a 3D showing).
ARE MY ODEON VOUCHERS VALID FOR LUXE?
Not valid for Premier seats, Club seats, D-Box seats, VIP seats, super luxury seats, any other premium-priced seating, 3D, IMAX or ISENSE unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. There will be no seat upgrade fees in a Luxe cinema. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there are mixed standard and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen an upgrade fee will be payable for the recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen.

Your vouchers are valid for 12 months once issued to you.

There is no minimum booking time for booking a showing as long as it is made before the showing starts.
