Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 large egg

Extra:
Choose your favourite topping, for instance, you can use Nutella, strawberries, banana or syrup on your pancakes.
This is how you make it:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and set aside. Find another bowl and mix milk, butter and egg. Heat a large frying pan and coat it with some oil. Put some butter in the frying pan (depending on how big you want the pancakes to be) and let them cook for about 1 or 2 minutes on each side. Serve with any topping you like!
2. Croque Monsieur
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 3 pieces of white bread
- 2 pieces of ham
- Grated gruyere cheese
- Mustard
- 2 tablespoons of butter

This is how you make it:
Spread mustard on one of the sides of the bread. Then place the ham on two bread slices and sprinkle some cheese on top. Place the bread pieces with ham and cheese over one another and cover with the third slice. Pan try the sandwich with some butter and serve.
3. Parmesan Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 Cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1,5 cups panko bread crumbs
- Half a cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Half of a tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 3 eggs
- Marinara for serving

This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven. Mix panko, parmesan and the Italian seasoning in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then stir everything together. Dip the cauliflower florets in egg and roll in the bread crumb mixture until fully coated and place them on a baking sheet. Do this until all the cauliflower pieces are coated. Bake them for 20-25 minutes depending on how crispy and golden you want them. Serve with marinara.
4. Caramel Popcorn
Ingredients:
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup golden syrup
- 1,5 cups butter (cubed)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 22 cups popped popcorn

This is how you make it:
Find 2 pans and put parchment paper on them. Then use a big saucepan to melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the brown sugar and syrup, stirring to dissolve brown sugar. Boil it and stir for about a minute. Then remove it from the heat and quickly stir in the vanilla. Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and stir it lightly to coat. Use a spatula and press the popcorn into prepared pans. Pull apart the pieces and store them in a container. And you're done!
5. Chicken Avocado Roll Ups
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1 bell peppers
- Half of a red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cups of shredded chicken
- Half a cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
- Half a cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 tablespoons of finely chopped chives
- 4 flour tortillas

This is how you make it:
First, find a bowl, combine the avocado and lime juice and mash until only small chunks of the avocado remain. Then add the bell pepper, red onion, Monterrey Jack, cheddar, sour cream, chives and the shredded chicken. Stir this until evenly combined. Use this mixture to spread on the tortillas and roll it up tightly. You can serve them at room temperature or cold as you wish.
6. Tomato Basil Mozzarella Toast
Ingredients:
- 200g mozzarella cheese
- 4 thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1 French baguette
- 4 fresh basil leaves

This is how you make it:
Slice the baguette in half, lengthwise then slice the mozzarella ball into very thin slices. Slice the tomatoes into thin slices and layer the mozzarella slices along with the bread. Then place it on the baking tray and heat the bread for 3-4 minutes until the mozzarella has begun to melt and bubble slightly. Remove from the oven and lay the tomato slices on top. Then return to the oven for a couple more minutes. Remove and sprinkle with some fresh basil. Slice it into pieces and it's ready to be served! Bon appetite!
